1. Can I also place my order by phone?

A telephone order is unfortunately not possible. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at +49 (0) 221 - 7090390.

2. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs can be found in our info page "Delivery time and shipping costs."

3. How long does the goods need to be with me?

Within Germany the delivery time is 1- 3 business days.
For all other countries the delivery can be various between 3 - 6 business days.
If you have selected the payment type "Prepayment", please note that the shipping of your order will only take place after receipt of the payment on the account specified by us.

4. Can I check where my order is?

In the shipping confirmation, which we sent you by e-mail, you will find a link and an accompanying tracking code.
With this tracking code, you can follow the status of your shipment under the link provided.
You can also enter the tracking number in the Tracking field on our home page.


1. How is a return of goods handled?

2. How can I get my money back in case of a return?

The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. Depending on the payment method, we will refund the purchase price as follows:
  • In the case of advance payment or direct transfer, a refund will be made to your current account
  • Credit card credit to your credit card account
  • PayPal is a credit to your PayPal account

1. What are the advantages of a customer account?

In principle you can use as a guest all general functions of the shop without problems. You do not have to register to place an order.
As a registered user, however, you have the advantages of being able to store your order status more quickly, as well as save items in your wish list.

You also have access to completed purchase orders.

2. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

In the registration area you will find the link "Forgotten password". As soon as you click on it, a field for entering your e-mail address appears.
Please enter this and confirm the sending of a new password with the "Reset password" button.
(Please use the same e-mail address as your registration)
We will send you a new password immediately.

3. How can I change my password and personal data?

To change your password or personal data, you must first log in.
Afterwards, you will find the menu items "Change password" and "Update data" in your account settings.
To change the password, enter your old password and confirm your new password with a double-entry.

You can change your personal data at any time and click on "Update" to confirm.
